1. Introduction of structural characteristics of the Enthalpy circulating fluidized bed boiler:

Fuel feeding system by conveyor belt combined with fully automatic quantitative elastic conveyor to bring fuel from the filling hole (or storage silo) into the furnace according to the boiler capacity.
The closed combustion chamber, with a fire-resistant, wear-resistant concrete fire belt, is cast on the boiler water tube wall, helping to keep the combustion zone temperature at a reasonable temperature, while also having a much longer life than the chamber The burning is built of refractory bricks.
The furnace body is made up of a heat absorbing device made from 100% of the ASTM standard high pressure, high temperature pipe.
Three feathers (steam bags) are made from specialized heat-resistant steel, placed in the highest position of the boiler, to maximize the process of furnace water convection, steam separation, and scum separation. The three-feather body is completely separate from the smoke line to ensure the highest factor of safety.
The dissociation system circulates the fuel that has not been fully burned and returns to the combustion chamber is intelligently designed, accompanied by the optimized air distribution system to ensure the thorough combustion of the fuel.
The air supply system includes level 1 and 2 blowers, return air, fuel blowing, air dryer and air channels are arranged, optimally adjusted for the exhaust combustion of fuel.
The control system for fuel, wind, water and ash discharge, sludge discharge, and scum discharge is completely automatic.
The water level and pressure interlocking protection system combined with safety valve mechanisms, exhaust valves are designed to ensure absolute safety for people and equipment.

2. Operating principle of the circulating fluidized bed boiler:

     The fuel is fed into the boiler combustion chamber by the Fuel Supply System. In the combustion chamber, the new fuel receives heat from the boiling material layer including the burning fuel and a mixture of boiling buffering particles that increase the temperature to the burning temperature. Combustion fuels will generate heat and combustion products are ash, slag, smoke.

     The heat generated in the combustion process will be transmitted to the tube wall of the combustion chamber and the tube trusses in the furnace body. Water in the walls of the combustion chamber, and the tube truss of the furnace body will receive heat from the tube wall, vaporize, increase pressure, and move upwards on the steam bag. At the steam bag, the steam is separated from the liquid phase and into the steam pipe, to the place of use.

     As for the flue smoke, fly ash and a part of the unburnt fuel fly out of the combustion chamber, to the separator to circulate the fuel. In the fuel circulation separator, the unburnt fuel particles are separated from the smoke stream and returned to the combustion chamber to burn off. The smoke after leaving the separator, circulating fuel will be led through the water heater, the air dryer to make the most of the remaining heat. The flue gas then reaches the dust filters, where contaminants are separated from the smoke stream. Finally, the flue gas is blown into the chimney by a fan to be discharged into the environment.
