Rotary valve is used to quantify feed and transfer granular materials, or used to release dust, fine powder. They are often used in combination in the fuel supply system of the incinerator, the dust filter system of the workshop, the factory.
The design of the gravity metering rotary valve consists of a tubular cross-section made of steel, cast iron or stainless steel, a rotor with V-shaped chambers, a motor and a pair of flanges on the opposite side. Depending on the intended use, the swing valve can be designed for quick removal, making cleaning easy. The contact surfaces can be polished.
Standard rotary valves are with an explosion protection available.
