The Circulating fluidized bed boiler have structure of the furnace body: water pipe type, boiler one drum.
The furnace is equipped with water heat recovery and hot wind heater.
Dust filtration systems include multi-stage cyclones and water injection systems (or other advanced dust filtration systems such as bag filters or electrostatic filters).
Automatic variable speed control system with variable frequency drive (or PLC-Scada automatic control system).
A chain grate boiler uses a travelling chain grate to carry fuel into the furnace. Combustion air is supplied from under the grate, burning the fuel on the grate surface. The heat released by combustion is absorbed by the water in the tube banks and converted into steam. After combustion, ash and slag are carried by the grate to the end of the furnace and discharged by a scraper conveyor or screw conveyor.
A fixed grate boiler (hand-fired grate boiler) has a furnace in which the fuel burns in a stationary bed on the grate surface. The grate is available in several designs, such as bar grates, perforated plate grates, dumping grates and step grates.
Gas or liquid fuel boiler means a boiler using DO, FO, LPG, CNG, BIOGAS as fuel.
