Operating principle of the hot air generator:

Clean, low-temperature air is blown into the hot air generator body by a fan. Here, the air absorbs heat from the flue gas in the combustion chamber through the heat exchange walls (indirect heat exchange). The clean air is heated to the required temperature before being blown to the heat consuming equipment through the ducts.

The hot air generator heats clean, low-temperature air to the required high temperature by indirect heat exchange between the flue gas and the air through the heat exchanger walls.
The DO/FO oil or biogas/LPG/CNG fired hot air generator burns liquid or gaseous fuel to heat air, either indirectly through the heat exchanger walls or directly by mixing flue gas and air, delivering hot air at the required temperature and flow rate.
